When I say lower end, I really mean 600 and under, while upper end is more around 750 and higher. Many of your Bowtech and Tenpoint bows will run in the thousands. With that said, I am not going to say that you will not run into problems with a Barnett, Horton, or Wicked Ridge crossbow – because anything could happen. Many find that taking the proper maintenance precautions and taking care of their archery equipment prolongs its life by a long shot.
